As Axion Exchange grew, we expanded into Latin America and secured payment rails in the region. The move was a strategic expansion of where us operates, opening local payment methods to the products us builds.

We acquired Carpathian Assets, an established European digital asset business, and rebranded it as Axion Exchange, our first operating company. The acquisition gave us an established platform to build on rather than a start from zero.
