Axion Exchange is where we began. Formed from the acquisition of Carpathian Assets, an established European digital asset business, it was our first operating company and the proving ground for everything us now runs.
Through Axion Exchange we secured a banking partnership and built liquidity and payment rails under its own control. On those rails it shipped an embeddable exchange that other businesses put inside their own products, and took its service to the world's leading peer-to-peer marketplaces.
As the exchange grew, so did us around it. Operations expanded internationally, new entities joined the portfolio, and the technology at the centre of the business outgrew the exchange it started as.
That technology was rebuilt and relaunched as 0bit, our enterprise platform. Axion Exchange remains the origin of our operating DNA: settlement discipline, real rails and products other businesses rely on.
