Acquisition of Carpathian Assets

We acquired Carpathian Assets, an established European digital asset business, in the deal we were built on.

The logic was simple. Building a credible digital asset business from zero takes years. Buying one that already existed delivered an operating platform, market access and a working foundation on day one.

What it became

The business was rebranded as Axion Exchange and became our first operating company. Through it we secured its banking partnership, built its rails, and shipped the embeddable exchange that later grew into 0bit.

Every acquisition since has followed the same playbook: buy something real, strengthen it, and build on it.
