Carpathian Assets is the acquisition we were built on. An established European digital asset business, it gave us an operating platform, market access and a foundation to build from on day one.
Our founders chose to buy rather than build. An established business meant real customers, real operations and a real market position from the start, instead of years spent earning them from zero.
Rebranded as Axion Exchange, the business became our first operating company. Its rails, relationships and operating experience run through the portfolio to this day.
