About Axion Capital: The Group Behind the Ventures

Axion Capital Ltd is a holding company for digital asset businesses. It acquires, funds and oversees the companies in the portfolio, and leaves the operating to the companies built to do it.

What a Holding Company Does Here

We own the ventures.
The ventures do the work.

Axion Capital Ltd does not sell services. It owns, funds and protects the companies that do. Through its operating companies we have built exchange technology, payment rails and enterprise platforms, expanded internationally, and brought established businesses into the portfolio. The next chapter is already in build, with the Ezero launch ahead.

How  We Operate

Ownership

Acquiring the businesses we are built on

1

Axion Capital grows by acquiring established businesses rather than starting from zero. Ownership moves to the parent; the building, the selling and the servicing stay with the company that was acquired. One acquisition became our first operating venture, and we have been assembled that way ever since.

Oversight

One standard across every company we own

The parent sets the standards us works to and reviews how each venture performs against them. What it does not do is run the products. Operating responsibility stays with the operating company, which is where the expertise, the customers and the accountability already sit.

Long-Term Capital

Backing each venture through the build

Ventures are backed for the long term, so a business can be built properly rather than rushed at the market. Capital, patience and ownership come from Axion Capital; the roadmap, the customers and the delivery belong to the venture.

Shared Support

Resources no venture should have to build twice

Beyond ownership, us gives its companies the corporate, technology and strategic support that is wasteful to duplicate. Each venture is left to concentrate on the product it exists to deliver, while us carries the work that is the same for everyone.

The Story So Far

The foundation

Axion Capital is formed and acquires Carpathian Assets, an established European digital asset business.

Axion Exchange

The acquisition is rebranded as Axion Exchange, our first operating company.

Rails of our own

A banking partnership is secured, and us builds liquidity and payment rails under its own control.

Distribution

An embeddable exchange takes our rails into partner products and the world's leading peer-to-peer marketplaces.

International expansion

We expands internationally, securing local rails and bringing new entities into the portfolio.

0bit

The operating product is rebuilt as 0bit, our enterprise digital asset platform.

Ezero

Our next launch: a decentralised spot trading terminal, with an ICO run through MetaDAO.

Our Portfolio

The Ventures We Own

Own businesses,
one standard

Every company in the portfolio is its own business, with its own product, its own customers and its own people. Our part is ownership: acquiring them, funding them, and holding each of them to one standard. These are our flagships. The full portfolio has its own page.

Enterprise venture

0bit

0bit is our enterprise digital asset platform: an embeddable buy, sell and swap experience that partners put inside their own product, and an organisation-facing platform for firms that work with liquidity at scale. One relationship covers both, so a business onboards once and controls access in one place.

Upcoming venture

Ezero

Ezero is a decentralised spot trading terminal, now in build. Traders connect a wallet instead of opening an account, and custody stays with them. The launch is ahead, with an ICO run through MetaDAO, and interest can be registered on the Ezero page.

Heritage venture

Axion Exchange

Axion Exchange is where us began: the business We acquired, rebranded and grew into the exchange technology us still builds on. It secured the banking partnership, built the rails, and shipped the embeddable exchange other businesses put inside their own products.

Every venture us owns, and how each one fits alongside the others, is set out in the full Axion Capital portfolio

Acquisition of Carpathian Assets

Carpathian Assets crypto firm

We acquired Carpathian Assets, an established European digital asset business, and rebranded it as Axion Exchange, our first operating company. The acquisition gave us an established platform to build on rather than a start from zero.
